I understand that you are incredibly busy actually running your business, and you need to delegate as much as possible to make the most of your time. However, this is one of those things that is WORTH YOUR TIME. There are many questions, particularly in the beginning, that an employee just cannot answer for you. If you are interested, there will be parts of the program where your team can certainly help out.

After much experimentation, I have found Notion to be the most versatile, intuitive, and robust platform to complete the work we are doing. While a physical workbook is handy, it’s easily lost and the work doesn’t always get transferred to a digital format. This way, you’ll have an accessible way to see all the important decisions you have made. You are more than welcome to use a notebook as well if it helps.
