Can I just get a logo and a website?
In short, no. But trust us, “just a logo and a website” will not serve you if they aren’t built from a solid foundation. It’s like building a house without a blueprint. The foundational aspects of any brand are so important that we don’t do anything else before establishing them.
What if I just want the designs, or just the communication strategy portion of the program?
Our programs are designed to work as they are built. Each part sets you up for the next, which allows you to build a wholly thought-out brand. In the future, we may offer programs that focus more narrowly. If this interests you, sign up for our emails to be notified any time we come out with new products.
Why do you only offer workbook-based programs?
Everything we do is designed to make effective branding accessible to small business owners and solopreneurs. Accessible, in this case, means at a reasonable price and on your own timeline. Our programs are designed by brand experts and include just what you need to be set up for success.
Can someone on my team do the workbooks for me?
We understand that you are incredibly busy actually running your business, and you need to delegate as much as possible to make the most of your time. However, this is one of those things that is WORTH YOUR TIME. This is your story–from your truth–and an employee can only guess at that, which won’t yield the best results. There are many questions, particularly in the beginning, that an employee simply cannot answer for you. However, there will be parts of the program where your team can certainly help out.
Why do you only offer websites in Squarespace or Shopify? What if my site already exists on another platform?
This is another aspect of our efforts to make this work accessible to small business owners. Both platforms are robust and user-friendly, but offer different strengths depending on your business goals. We start the website for you and hand it over once the initial contracted work is done. Both platforms have excellent customer service for anything you may need help with beyond that.
We can help you migrate your current website to either platform, but do not offer services to build or modify websites on other platforms.
How long does it take?
This largely depends on how you choose to move through the process, thus the self-paced approach. The more focused time you can spend on the work, the faster it will go. However, we encourage you not to rush it as much of the work (particularly in the foundational stage) takes thoughtful consideration.
The design portion of the process will take a minimum of three weeks, but can vary based on the complexity of designs, timeliness of feedback, and if any rounds of revisions are added.
